b/w installation at the Trebesice castle

I think of the castle, and, half jokingly, I think

of ghosts. Then I realize that the real motive is

Time. How many lives and how very few memories

are left, especially from the previous owners

who lived here in the thirties – a period I know

only through the filter of black and white photography.

I have often worked with this kind of

photography; intimate photos of unknown people.

At Třebešice, I have created a real space as a

black and white photo, an interior in which only

people are missing.
