The imagine of new centre for contemporary art Ladvi comes with idea as a open platform which can grow up only on future supportive cultural political environment, provide renewable energy resources, curatorial advantage, using local workers, materials… And idea of architectural elements as a real building would come only on all fragments would be realized, which would be probably never be happend.
