Emigrants suitcase - across the sea

I brought a suitcase to Warsaw which was installed in an exhibition, including its contents. Among other things, it also contained: a suit, jacket, trousers, shoes, a mirror, shaving equipment, comb, scissors, hair dye and a small amount of Polish money.

After the exhibition the items were placed back in the suitcase which was sent to the left luggage office at the port of Gdansk. It was kept there for an indefinite period.
