Forever

“Forever” is an abstract wish that cannot be attained,

a wish that comes from life itself: life wants to

live. It is absurd, still it wants to live forever. The car

has been deformed by one of those serious, fatal accidents

which we occasionally see on the road. They

never fail to catch our attention, charming us in a

hideous, mysterious way. We know we are witnessing

something extreme. In the black felt drawings on

paper the word ”forever“ is repeated in different

graphic styles. The drawings are condemned to selfdestruction,

as they have been made with an ink

which is not light resistant: forever is just an illusion.
