A video projection of four videos, which are projected on four canvases.
About work
The videos show how four people (Patricie Fexa, Milan Mikuláštík, Milan Salák and Jan Šerých) each prepare four canvases, 1.75 x 1.4 m in size, for painting. As a projection screen I used the white canvases they made. A DV camera filmed each of them from above. I concieved this piece as a theatre play-perfomance. During this performance, the actors demonstrate their abilities to prepare the canvases for painting.
