Rose

Rose (Registering Observers Structure Evolution) is an experimental virtual sculpture in VRML data format. It is slowly building up by views of people. Each access modificates a size, a shape and a color. The type of change depends on identity of viewer.

The performance had started on Thu May 23 18:00:00 MDT 1997 – at this moment no object existed - just cybervakuum. The born of flower was initiated by the first access. At the beginning the simple form was growing up, changing shape and color, became more complicated.

The project was terminated at the end of 2002.
