Public lighting

There is a cable leading from the gallery window in the second floor with a light bulb at the end,near the street lamp in the street. From 9pm till 5am the intensity of the lighting is supported in the surrounding of the gallery,it wastes the electric energy, the installation consisting of two lights from which one was already there and one has been added, is useless and almost invisible.
