Ladder

I climbed up a ladder leaning against a wall with my legs tied together. Down on the ground my assistant set fire to some dry spirit laid out in the shape of footprints. People were let in. I continued working my way up as best I could. Then I said: “Will someone get me down?". Several people lowered me down.
