Ta sv\u00e9ho pomysln\u00e9ho vrcholu dos\u00e1hla v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let 20. stolet\u00ed, kdy k&nbsp;sob\u011b jej\u00ed protagonist\u00e9 m\u011bli jako\u017eto studenti FAMU nejbl\u00ed\u017ee: p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 vztahy mezi slovensk\u00fdmi spolu\u017e\u00e1ky vedly ke sd\u00edlen\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed, v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech spolu sd\u00edleli i ateli\u00e9ry nebo modelky a modely. Ji\u017e v&nbsp;tomto moment\u011b se \u017dupn\u00edk od sv\u00fdch genera\u010dn\u00edch souputn\u00edk\u016f Jano Pavl\u00edka, Rudo Prekopa, Vasila Stanka, Tono Stana, Martina \u0160trby, Mira \u0160vol\u00edka a Kamila Vargy odli\u0161oval t\u00edm, \u017ee \u2013 jako t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jedin\u00fd z&nbsp;nich \u2013 nefotografoval v&nbsp;ateli\u00e9ru. Tento zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ban\u00e1ln\u00ed fakt zp\u016fsobil, \u017ee jsou \u017dupn\u00edkovy fotografie od sn\u00edmk\u016f jeho koleg\u016f snadno rozpoznateln\u00e9. Autor sice vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze stejn\u00e9ho kulturn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed jako jeho kolegov\u00e9, pro\u0161el t\u00fdm\u017e \u0161kolen\u00edm a byl ve stejn\u00fd \u010das na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, jeho vlastn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k&nbsp;fotografii se s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi ov\u0161em m\u00edjel. T\u0159eba\u017ee i on ve sv\u00e9 imaginativn\u00ed, magicko-realistick\u00e9 tvorb\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 postmodern\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k&nbsp;fotografii, kdy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 za\u017eit\u00e1 pravidla neplat\u00ed, nese v&nbsp;sob\u011b z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u011bco esenci\u00e1ln\u011b staromilsk\u00e9ho, co z&nbsp;n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed outsidera skupiny.<\/p>\r\n<p>V&nbsp;druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let, tedy v&nbsp;dob\u011b, kdy Peter \u017dupn\u00edk studoval v&nbsp;Ko\u0161ic\u00edch St\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu um\u011bn\u00ed a \u0159emesel, byla fotografie na Slovensku ch\u00e1p\u00e1na jako u\u017eit\u00e9 \u0159emeslo, nikoliv jako um\u011bleck\u00fd obor. V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci \u010ceskoslovenska bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 fotografii vysoko\u0161kolsky studovat pouze na pra\u017esk\u00e9 FAMU. Siln\u00e1 generace autor\u016f ze Slovenska se vedle&nbsp;Ko\u0161ic paraleln\u011b utv\u00e1\u0159ela tak\u00e9 v Bratislav\u011b, kde jako pedago\u017eka p\u016fsobila nonkonformn\u00ed fotografka Milota Havr\u00e1nkov\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n<p>V \u010cesku m\u011blo fotografick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium jak silnou tradici v&nbsp;podob\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch osobnost\u00ed, tak i institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0161t\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed. Jeho pozice na Slovensku byla oproti tomu zna\u010dn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e1, v&nbsp;dob\u011b normalizace zde existovala pouze jedna fotografick\u00e1 galerie a Slovensk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed galerie ani nedisponovala fotografickou sb\u00edrkou. Tehdej\u0161\u00ed studenti u\u017eit\u00e9 fotografie tak byli, mo\u017en\u00e1 ke sv\u00e9mu prosp\u011bchu, histori\u00ed a v\u00fdvojem um\u011bleck\u00e9 fotografie nedot\u010den\u00ed. Jejich p\u0159\u00edchod do Prahy a na FAMU, kde Katedru fotografie tehdy vedl uzn\u00e1van\u00fd pedagog a p\u0159\u00edznivce nonkonformn\u00edch postup\u016f ve fotografii J\u00e1n \u0160mok, p\u0159edstavoval \u2013 ve spojen\u00ed s&nbsp;nov\u00fdm impulsem za\u017eehnut\u00fdm kontaktem s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi krajany \u2013 formativn\u00ed moment, kter\u00fd jejich dal\u0161\u00ed tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edur\u010dil.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na FAMU se jim pod vlivem nov\u00fdch informac\u00ed, skrze sledov\u00e1n\u00ed tehdy nedostupn\u00fdch film\u016f z\u00e1padn\u00ed produkce anebo d\u00edky r\u016fzn\u00fdm setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm s&nbsp;p\u0159edn\u00edmi teoretiky fotografie, jako byla Anna F\u00e1rov\u00e1 nebo i samotn\u00fd J\u00e1n \u0160mok, postupn\u011b otev\u00edraly nov\u00e9, pro n\u011b do t\u00e9 doby nepoznan\u00e9 vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011bty. V&nbsp;tomto prost\u0159ed\u00ed se uvolnila jejich fantazie a touha po experimentu, kterou ka\u017ed\u00fd z&nbsp;nich p\u0159etavoval dle sv\u00e9ho osobn\u00edho naturelu. Spole\u010dn\u00fdmi jmenovateli jim ale byla erupce \u010dist\u00e9 radosti z mo\u017enost\u00ed fotografick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, se kter\u00fdm za\u010dali v\u0161ichni v\u00fd\u0161e jmenovan\u00ed zach\u00e1zet na tehdej\u0161\u00ed dobu ambici\u00f3zn\u011b, konceptu\u00e1ln\u011b, nekonven\u010dn\u011b a v&nbsp;jist\u00e9m smyslu a\u017e punkov\u011b revolu\u010dn\u011b. Sn\u00edmky aran\u017eovali a inscenovali, zv\u011bt\u0161eniny dopl\u0148ovali textem, dodate\u010dn\u011b kolorovali negativy, kter\u00e9 obsahovaly z\u00e1znamy ostatn\u00edch, ale i je samotn\u00e9 pln\u00e9 humoru, hry, nads\u00e1zky, ironie, ale t\u0159eba i erotiky. Fotografie se v&nbsp;jejich pod\u00e1n\u00ed nest\u00e1vala jen technicky zvl\u00e1dnut\u00fdm z\u00e1znamem dokumentuj\u00edc\u00edm realitu, jak by se dalo od student\u016f fotografie o\u010dek\u00e1vat: mohla m\u00edt tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolik expozic, b\u00fdt neostr\u00e1 nebo p\u0159esv\u00edcen\u00e1. Mohla vznikat v&nbsp;cyklech a s\u00e9ri\u00edch. Pro jej\u00ed autory bylo hlavn\u00ed, aby byla nositelem emoc\u00ed, z\u00e1znamem neopakovateln\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry chv\u00edle, k \u010demu\u017e technickou preciznost nepot\u0159ebovali.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zat\u00edmco ran\u00e9 sn\u00edmky n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f Slovensk\u00e9 nov\u00e9 vlny je ob\u010das obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 od sebe navz\u00e1jem rozeznat, \u017dupn\u00edkova tvorba je charakteristick\u00e1 na prvn\u00ed pohled. Nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 modely ani ateli\u00e9r, s&nbsp;fotoapar\u00e1tem vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed do ter\u00e9nu fotografovat m\u011bstsk\u00e1 z\u00e1ti\u0161\u00ed nebo p\u0159ilehl\u00e9 krajiny. Nefot\u00ed proto, aby zachoval kr\u00e1su okam\u017eiku, z\u00e1b\u011bry vol\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b tak, aby poodhalil neviditelnou, transcendent\u00e1ln\u00ed rovinu fotografovan\u00e9ho. Postupn\u011b si nach\u00e1z\u00ed metodu pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 mu umo\u017e\u0148uje poodhalit sv\u011bt, kter\u00fd tu je, kter\u00fd c\u00edt\u00edme, ale nevid\u00edme. Sv\u011bt magick\u00e9 reality sn\u016f, m\u00fdt\u016f, metafor, symbol\u016f a imaginace. Jak se stalo, \u017ee zat\u00edmco jeho spolu\u017e\u00e1ci fot\u00ed rozvern\u00e9 sn\u00edmky nahat\u00fdch kamar\u00e1dek v&nbsp;ateli\u00e9ru, \u017dupn\u00edk sn\u00edm\u00e1 kv\u011btiny na louce nebo opr\u00fdskanou ze\u010f? Autor s\u00e1m shled\u00e1v\u00e1 ko\u0159eny t\u00e9to sv\u00e9 odli\u0161nosti v&nbsp;prost\u0159ed\u00ed sv\u00e9ho dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam p\u0159isuzuje krajin\u011b, ze kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1z\u00ed, toti\u017e ze slovensk\u00e9 tajupln\u00e9 Levo\u010di. Podhorsk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edroda podn\u011bcovala \u017dupn\u00edkovu p\u0159edstavivost a povzbuzovala jej k&nbsp;vlastn\u00edmu tvo\u0159en\u00ed. Pomoc\u00ed fotoapar\u00e1tu zachycoval v\u0161edn\u00ed realitu \u017eivota. Soust\u0159ed\u011bn na detail, po\u0159izoval od n\u00e1stupu na FAMU z\u00e1znamy v\u011bc\u00ed kolem sebe. \u010clov\u011bk se na jeho fotografi\u00edch z let 1982\u20131990 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nevyskytuje, n\u00e1m\u011btem jeho sn\u00edmk\u016f jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad ban\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdjevy zachycen\u00e9 p\u0159i no\u010dn\u00edch toulk\u00e1ch Prahou, v&nbsp;cyklu <em>Cesta<\/em> z&nbsp;roku 1982 zase dokumentoval sv\u016fj n\u00e1vrat na Slovensko.<\/p>\r\n<p>Svou ranou tvorbu \u017dupn\u00edk poprv\u00e9 prezentoval v&nbsp;roce 1984 na v\u00fdstav\u011b Dvojice v&nbsp;Galerii FOMA. Z&nbsp;nesourod\u00fdch meditativn\u00edch sn\u00edmk\u016f rozkvetl\u00fdch sedmikr\u00e1sek, kusu kmene stromu, \u010d\u00e1sti kon\u011b na louce, klubka dr\u00e1t\u016f, v\u00fdhledu z&nbsp;okna nebo mraku pluj\u00edc\u00edho po obloze utvo\u0159il dvojice, a to tak, aby jeden sn\u00edmek form\u00e1ln\u011b evokoval druh\u00fd \u2013 navzdory tomu, \u017ee obsahov\u011b spolu nesouvisely. Jednotliv\u00e9 asociace podn\u011bcuj\u00ed p\u0159edstavivost, hovo\u0159\u00ed o autorov\u011b schopnosti vid\u011bt objekt hodn\u00fd z\u00e1znamu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve v\u0161em, stejn\u011b tak jako o touze intuitivn\u011b, skrze fotografii vyj\u00e1d\u0159it vlastn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed pocit. Nal\u00e9z\u00e1me v&nbsp;nich humor, ale i z\u00e1dum\u010divou melancholii a tajemnou t\u00edse\u0148. Zde se prvn\u011b vyjevuje \u017dupn\u00edkova tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed metoda, kterou bude vyu\u017e\u00edvat i v&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch desetilet\u00edch. Z&nbsp;re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho sv\u011bta si vyp\u016fj\u010duje kousky, doklady ze \u017eivota p\u0159\u00edrody a \u010dlov\u011bka, a pomoc\u00ed manipulace nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho typu z&nbsp;n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed sv\u011bt imaginativn\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>To, \u017ee v\u00fdchodiskem pro n\u011bj st\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 re\u00e1ln\u00fd sv\u011bt, dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 i jeho z\u00e1jem o fotografov\u00e1n\u00ed hudebn\u00edch koncert\u016f. Jako\u017eto rockov\u00fd fanou\u0161ek se \u017dupn\u00edk v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let stal fotografem soudob\u00e9 hudebn\u00ed undergroundov\u00e9 sc\u00e9ny, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e z&nbsp;tohoto obrazov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu posl\u00e9ze vzniklo i n\u011bkolik knih zachycuj\u00edc\u00edch koncerty kapel jako Tango nebo \u017dlut\u00fd pes. V&nbsp;roce 1985 autor p\u0159i\u0161el se z\u00e1sadn\u00ed inovac\u00ed sv\u00e9 tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed metody. Manipulace s&nbsp;negativem byla pro Slovenskou novou vlnu typick\u00e1 a \u017dupn\u00edk tehdy za\u010dal do hotov\u00e9ho, n\u011bkdy i n\u011bkolik let star\u00e9ho negativu zasahovat olejov\u00fdmi pastely. V\u00fdsledek takov\u00e9ho postupu m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt v&nbsp;jednom z&nbsp;um\u011blcov\u00fdch nejcharakteristi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edch d\u011bl, v&nbsp;tajemn\u00e9m sn\u00edmku <em>Husi str\u00e1caj\u00fa len perie<\/em> (1981\u20131989) nebo v&nbsp;<em>Autoportr\u00e9tu<\/em> (1985). Od t\u00e9to chv\u00edle maj\u00ed jeho fotografie dvoj\u00ed dataci. Tu, kdy byly po\u0159\u00edzeny, a tu, kdy byly dotvo\u0159eny. Teprve v&nbsp;tomto momentu lze hovo\u0159it o tom, \u017ee \u017dupn\u00edk skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed realitu do snu. Nepatrn\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed jinou, na t\u00e9 pozemsk\u00e9 nez\u00e1vislou realitu. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed pro tento zp\u016fsob pr\u00e1ce pak \u017dupn\u00edk na\u0161el ve fotografick\u00fdch doprovodech b\u00e1snick\u00fdch sb\u00edrek a beletrie \u2013 jako nap\u0159\u00edklad v&nbsp;knize jeho vlastn\u00edch ver\u0161\u016f z&nbsp;osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let <em>Krajina citov<\/em> nebo&nbsp;v knize Dominika Tatarky <em>P\u00edsa\u010dky pro milovan\u00fa Lut\u00e9ciu<\/em> vydanou v&nbsp;roce 1999.<\/p>\r\n<p>V&nbsp;roce 1994 se \u017dupn\u00edk bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho nad\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159est\u011bhoval se svou rodinou do Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ee. Jako\u017eto \u010dlov\u011bk fixovan\u00fd na sv\u016fj rodn\u00fd kraj a jeho p\u0159\u00edrodu fotografoval nejprve jen drobnosti ze sv\u00e9ho bezprost\u0159edn\u00edho okol\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e \u0161lo o ovoce a zeleninu na trhu nebo kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 z\u00e1ti\u0161\u00ed. Z&nbsp;tohoto obdob\u00ed vznikl v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let cyklus <em>Mal\u00e9 velk\u00e9 v\u011bci<\/em> detailn\u011b zab\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed hru\u0161ky, okv\u011btn\u00ed pl\u00e1tky kv\u011btin nebo rozkrojen\u00e9 ban\u00e1ny. V&nbsp;mnoh\u00fdch vyobrazen\u00edch se zhmot\u0148uje jeho stesk po domov\u011b \u2013 jako t\u0159eba na fotografii <em>Levit\u00e1cia<\/em> (1999\u20132001) s&nbsp;jablkem, symbolem, kter\u00fd si spojoval se svou rodnou vesnic\u00ed. Skryt\u00e9 v\u00fdznamy a \u010dasto i humorn\u00e9 odkazy nalezneme i na dal\u0161\u00edch sn\u00edmc\u00edch. Ka\u0161tan na fotografii <em>Easy Rider<\/em> (1995\u20131999) se chyst\u00e1 odl\u00e9tnout, nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159ist\u00e1l? <em>Melondr\u00e1ma<\/em> (2004\u20132005) m\u00e1 naproti tomu erotick\u00e9 konotace. \u0160ne\u010d\u00ed ulita se na fotografii <em>Fos\u00edlia<\/em> (1993\u20131997) m\u011bn\u00ed ve sv\u011bdka st\u00e1rnut\u00ed sv\u011bta. N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed fotografie z&nbsp;pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00fdch ulic nebo z&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrody v&nbsp;Bretani.<\/p>\r\n<p>S\u00e1m sebe \u017dupn\u00edk ozna\u010duje jako lovce. Oble\u010den do nepromokav\u00e9ho pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, vybaven fotoapar\u00e1tem chod\u00ed po m\u011bst\u011b a fotografuje za de\u0161t\u011b, kdy\u017e stoup\u00e1 d\u00fdm nebo p\u00e1ra. Fotografuje zbl\u00edzka, neost\u0159\u00ed. \u010c\u00edh\u00e1 a hled\u00e1 v\u00fdseky reality, prchav\u00e9 momenty, tmav\u00e9 siluety, \u010d\u00e1sti zv\u00ed\u0159at, nohu psa nebo \u010dum\u00e1k ko\u010dky, kter\u00e9 mu vlezou do z\u00e1b\u011bru. Jsou to z\u00e1blesky a fragmenty, kter\u00e9 dohromady tvo\u0159\u00ed nov\u011b vid\u011bnou, mnohozna\u010dnou skute\u010dnost. \u017dupn\u00edk se celo\u017eivotn\u011b pokou\u0161\u00ed zru\u0161it z\u00e1vislost fotografie na realit\u011b a tuto svou snahu pravideln\u011b konfrontuje s&nbsp;div\u00e1ky na \u010dast\u00fdch samostatn\u00fdch v\u00fdstav\u00e1ch v&nbsp;\u010cech\u00e1ch, na Slovensku, ale i v&nbsp;zahrani\u010d\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve Francii a Belgii.<\/p>","date":2023,"authors":[1902]}],"artworks":[120611,120616,120617,120618,120619,120623,120624,120625,120634,120635,120636,120637,120638,120639,120640,120641,120650,120651,120652,120653,120654,120655,120656,120657],"videos":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
